Effective May 12, 2026. These terms cover the SkyBuild launch app for verified construction procurement workflows.
Launch terms
- SkyBuild verifies accounts before enabling live procurement access.
- The launch procurement method is Spot Order. Contract Release is marked coming soon and is not enabled for launch.
- Users must provide accurate company, phone, TIN, license, and Fayda verification information.
- Procurement, delivery, payment, invoice, and payout records may be retained for audit, finance, and dispute handling.
- SkyBuild may suspend access if account information is inaccurate, unsafe, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
