Effective May 12, 2026. SkyBuild collects only the information needed to verify construction procurement accounts and operate live procurement workflows.
Data we collect
Phone number
Used as the primary login identifier and for access approval.
Company and contact name
Used to verify buyer, supplier, site, or driver accounts.
TIN number
Used for business verification, finance records, and tax-related procurement controls.
Business license
Used to approve organization access and reduce procurement fraud.
Fayda number
Used to verify the responsible account contact before enabling live procurement.
Supplier materials
Used to route RFQs to suppliers that can serve the requested material categories.
Procurement activity
Used to operate RFQs, spot orders, dispatch, delivery proof, finance review, and payout workflows.
SkyBuild does not sell personal data. We use account and procurement data to verify access, prevent fraud, route procurement operations, support users, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Uploaded business license files and identity/tax verification numbers are treated as restricted verification data. Access is limited to SkyBuild operations staff who review account eligibility.
Users can request deletion from within the app. Some procurement, payment, tax, audit, or dispute records may need to be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations.
